It’s true, if I had done it when I first got dressed I’d be waaayyy done by now.
I stopped working out on HcG because I just couldn’t give it my all. I felt weak and could not finish even my warm up runs, i even felt a little light headed a couple of times. So I decided to just stop altogether. I realized that the VLCD in conjunction with working out was just too much for my body. Healthy decision in my opinion.
But I can’t wait to work out again. Start running, training for the color run, and I’m even thinking of trying out crossfit this summer. It looks intense but that’s why I wanna do it. I do love a challenge.
