Going to Colombia on Monday… I’m a little scared that the trip will derail the amazing progress that I’ve done while on HcG. I even cut back my diet time so that I could be on phase 3 while on the trip, guessing it will make eating hotel food a lot easier since I can’t control how the cook the proteins and etc. No starches and sugars though But tons of vegges and fruits wherever I see them.
I can do this.

Holy hell! That’s only 22lbs?! I would’ve thought 40! I mean, it’s not that she looks that big in the “before.” It’s just such an incredible transformation!
This is how I feel today! I’m stalling I start loosing, I stall again… WTF is going on?!?
I extended my end date and now I’m reeling it back in. One more week and I’m done with Phase 2! I’m so tired of this diet, I’m dying for phase 3 and DIARY!! My body needs new substance… I can’t even look at an asparagus without internally shivering. This is a huge lesson, yes I’ve pushed myself but I still know when it’s time to stop, recover, and maintain. Plus, I’ve already planned Round 2 for May… I will reach my UGW!
I can’t wait to eat almonds… AND PISTACHIOS….pistachios… yum.
