Because I got my wisdom teeth pulled out I’ve been on a liquid diet for the past 2 days. Lost 2lbs. Can’t say I’m not happy.

Thinking on going on a super clean diet. Taking my quie from Blogilates. Might as well start at a time when I physically can’t eat. Because it hurts. A lot. Thank The Lord for Vicodin!

So I decided to just start and took today as load day 1. Amazing!! I basically just scoffed down everything that I had been careful with lately, let’s call them fear foods if you may, and it felt so damn good! I’m kind of glad that I get another day of eating like a pig before the Very Low Calorie Days start.

I also know that I really have to load up, I didn’t really load last round and I was completely miserable for the first week. Not this time around!

Today I ate:
Breakfast: huge crunchy peanut butter sandwich with a glass of whole milk with sugar and vanilla.

Lunch: 3 slices of cheese Papa Johns pizza
Dessert: Haagen Daaz cookies and cream ice cream, 3 scoops (OMG DELISH!!!)

Dinner: spaghetti with home made tomato sauce with breaded chicken breast and fried plantains ( I haven’t had spaghetti, breaded anything or plantains in over 2 months…)

I’m thinking of having more ice cream…
Ugh live this.

Not going to neglect working out :)

First phase 3 meal! Kept it nice and simple, only introduced cheese and butter but omg was it delish!!!

Dear Turkey Bacon: 

I cannot wait to start eating you tomorrow, that even sounds a little dirty. I like it.

Reached my UGW 2!! and also ended R1P2… now I’m on day 2 of the 500Cal days and on Saturday I can begin Phase 3. I’m a little apprehensive and nervous about the maintenance phase, but I can do this… 20 lbs later I def know that I can do this :)

I stopped working out on HcG because I just couldn’t give it my all. I felt weak and could not finish even my warm up runs, i even felt a little light headed a couple of times. So I decided to just stop altogether. I realized that the VLCD in conjunction with working out was just too much for my body. Healthy decision in my opinion. 

But I can’t wait to work out again. Start running, training for the color run, and I’m even thinking of trying out crossfit this summer. It looks intense but that’s why I wanna do it. I do love a challenge.

This is how I feel today! I’m stalling I start loosing, I stall again… WTF is going on?!?
I extended my end date and now I’m reeling it back in. One more week and I’m done with Phase 2! I’m so tired of this diet, I’m dying for phase 3 and DIARY!! My body needs new substance… I can’t even look at an asparagus without internally shivering. This is a huge lesson, yes I’ve pushed myself but I still know when it’s time to stop, recover, and maintain. Plus, I’ve already planned Round 2 for May… I will reach my UGW!
I can’t wait to eat almonds… AND PISTACHIOS….pistachios… yum.

Haven’t been here for a while becasue I was so discouraged do to a week long stall. I actually believed that my body was done even though I was so far from my goal. 

Well.. the stall is over!! I’m back on track but I have extended my round to 40 days (it was previously 31, the full month of March). I’ve got new energy and a new obsession with the Food Network and FoodGawker. If I can’t eat it I might as well watch it I guess…

25 lbs for the road… and proving them all wrong with my success.

This is the reason why there was no weight loss between yesterday and today. When I’m upset I bake, I was really upset and made two Coconut Creme pies. I couldn’t resist.

Well, at least I didn’t gain weight!
