Finished first level of 30DS today. YAY
My measurements did not change at all… hmmm… I know I should stay at it but because of the HcG diet I can’t overdo it with cardio sooooo I’m going to start lifting!!
Level 2 in June, compromises, compromises.
I’m actually glad to be on the Very low Calorie phase since I ate like a total pig for the past 2 days, I felt soooo full. Today I simply feel satisfied.
When it comes to the 30DS I skipped Sunday, I simply could not motivate myself enough to work out for 27 minutes… ugh, well that’s why they say you need rest days…
This is so inspiring! You can definitely see change in her tummy and arms!

Day one versus day thirty (: no big arm difference but whatever! I just realized im wearing the same shorts too… look at how loose they look compared to day 1! aw yea!
Really did not want to do it, since I got home at 4am from watching The Avengers (Epic movie, go watch it… NOW) but I sucked it up, put on my sneakers and started the video.
So glad I did!!
Moves are becoming easier, No breaks, I really feel my muscles working and I’m not even sore anymore. Great progress! I still can’t do the side lunge with arm raises with both weights… oh well, guess I’ll move up to that. And the Push ups… modified and I can never even complete the second set, guess we all have to start somewhere.
Tomorrow will I will have completed a whole week, but I’m going to wait unti day 10 do measure and weight, see the results of the lever.
Thinking about starting another round on HcG on Monday. That would give me just the right time to go through a 23 day phase2, a 21 day phase3 and be well into phase 4 for Vegas. Overkill? I’d be doing it along with the 30 day shred still… guess I still have 2 days to figure it out…

Also, now that my arms aren’t so sore I realize how sore my legs are. Good job Ms. Michaels! Confusing me like that…

EVERYTHING SHE SAYS DURING 30DS
Ok… that was a WHOLE LOT easier! Didn’t even have to take breaks for the first 15 minutes. But those lunges and shoulder raises kill me :( Today I actually tried it with only one weight instead of two and had a lot more endurance. I’m thinking I will do them that way for the next couple of days and but finish up the last two days using both weights.
Also, today was super awkward cuz I woke up later and my grandma was sitting in the living room praying when I went to work out. And she would not move! But hey, Grandma staring at me will not deter me from finishing my shred! Unless I puke, faint, or die!

I’m quickly approaching 2 solid weeks of the 30 Day Shred! So here’s my progress photos Days 0-13. Much has changed and I look forward to working out everyday, even if I am exhausted! It’s officially a habit to eat right and exercise daily. (( :
