HIIT felt so good today!! Didn’t get to squat because the men were using every single bar! So I intensified my HIIT instead, longer and faster for a few more repetitions.
Now I’m dead.

Got to the gym and forgot my Sports Bra...
Why does this keep on happening to me? Srsly? So I came home, I’m gonna have a nice little dinner of steamed fish and veggies, rest a couple of hours and then do some of these POP Pilates videos I read so much about.
Tomorrow morn gonna go for a short run around the neighborhood park (What, what Sunset Park, BK!!) and then head to CT.

In the middle of mine and Jake’s workout, one of the front desk girls came to find us because a female member was feeling dizzy, light headed and nauseas.

Oh so tired. Having to be at work at 7:30am is no bueno. Almost fell asleep at my desk, so no gym today. Going to recover, rest and sleep.
Full body weight training and HIIT tomorrow to finish out my week. Yay!
